This!!! Put very simply--we are ALL connected through energy. Our vibration, our way of "being" is changed, shifted, elevated, and we can truly BE the change we want to SEE in this world when we TUNE IN to this shared Universal Energy.

I have learned so much through my life on how to ROCKET into success, abundance, and meaning. Now it's time to share what I've learned through my time communing with Spirit receiving and using these TUNE IN methods. I have healed my body, mind, and spirit by using them regularly and my life is getting better and better!

We learn through contrast. The darkness and the light are necessary for growth. It is ALL necessary!! The power is in finding yourself through that contrast, struggle, challenge. It is what strengthens us to rise to our potential.

I've lived the life many of you have--a career that should have lit me up, time invested in other people, other goals, other otherness. I had some very clear messages in the form of health concerns, blocks in my path, emotional resistances, opposition at every step. There was no fun. I was lost in the dark. I had forgotten how to feel.

After two magical events--finding a metaphysical painting practice to bring me up from the depths, and then being able to once again--finally--listen to some of these "messages" for what they were, I found my ability to Tune In to the Divine again, and how to PLAY. I had forgotten the power, the presence, and the gifts received by such simple acts. I remembered how to feel. I learned to lean into the dark. I began to have fun! This is how abundance finds you, success showers you, connection heals you!
